Our inventory fluctuate daily, so an item may indicate in stock when you place your order, but could very well be out of stock. We will contact you by phone or email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back-order or replacement item.
Returns will only be accepted if item(s) are damaged in shipping. After product is open and used, we can not accept returns due to health an safety reasons. Refunds will be applied as store credits.

Yes. Enter the amount you wish to purchase. You will go through normal purchase process: Add to cart> View Cart> Checkout> It will ask Send coupons to. Enter that persons email address and then proceed to payment options.
After payment is complete, a credit is generated and forwarded via email.

Please allow up to 7-10 days for processing and shipping from receipt of payment unless otherwise noted (including the weekends and holidays). Orders are frequently sent more quickly than the stated time frame, depending on orders availability.
We currently ship only within the United States, You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to the Alaska, West Coast and Hawaii.

Please contact our Customer Services team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not throw away packaging, you may be asked to return it.
Shipping is based on USPS flat rate shipping, large box, medium box, small box and padded medium shipping method. Dimensions and maximum weight of package still apply. Free shipping on orders $50.00 and above. Subscription plans offer free shipping.

No problem. Contact us at email@example.com and we can make the switch for you. We will cancel your current plan and set you up under your new plan. This must be done 7 days prior to your scheduled due date.
Yes, you can! Log into your customer portal, browse plans, add plan to cart, checkout and complete new fragrance profile for new subscription plan. It’s that simple!
Yes, you can! Once your plan has been selected, you may select one time payment product(s) you like to your order. If you like to get more products added to your next months order, contact us and we can add more one time or recurring products to your next order(s).
Yes, you can skip 1 monthly or bi-monthly plan.
Yes, you can always shop outside of the subscription plan. Simply click shop now, all products in header menu, or type name in the search menu.
